<p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Quality Operations Coordinator (Assignment: Quality Monitoring)</p> <p>WelbeHealth is a value-based healthcare organization that’s transforming the future of senior care by providing an all-inclusive care option to our most vulnerable senior population.</p> <p>Under the supervision of the Quality Operations Director (QOD), the Quality Operations Coordinator (Assignment: Quality Monitoring) provides administrative and operational support to ensure that our PACE market operations run smoothly and that participant concerns are addressed in a timely, organized, and respectful manner. That’s why we offer:</p> <ul> <li>Medical insurance coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision)</li> <li>Work/life balance - We mean it! 17 days of personal time off (PTO), 12 holidays observed annually, and 6 sick days</li> <li>401K savings + match</li> <li>Comprehensive compensation package including base pay and bonus</li> <li>And additional benefits!</li> </ul> <p>On the day-to-day, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Review and investigate participant grievances by gathering relevant information, speaking with appropriate staff members when needed, and documenting findings to help determine what occurred and how it should be addressed</li> <li>Manage communication related to grievances with participants, ensuring that required information is accurate, prepared, and submitted according to established regulatory timelines</li> <li>Log, track, and maintain records of grievances in the appropriate systems so that each issue is properly documented, monitored, and resolved according to organizational and regulatory requirements</li> </ul> <p>Job requirements include:</p> <ul> <li>Associate’s degree preferred; three (3) years of experience may be substituted</li> <li>Minimum of two (2) years of experience managing grievances; PACE experience preferred</li> <li>Must be comfortable with working a varied schedule, which may require nights and weekends, and must be comfortable travelling onsite for business needs</li> <li>Ability to interpret and apply policies and H
