We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Senior AI Specialist to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI models and solutions. This role is central to our AI strategy and requires a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and algorithmic development. The ideal candidate will play a key role in model development, research, and team collaboration, helping shape the direction of our AI initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize advanced AI models to solve complex business and technical challenges.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and deliver impactful solutions.
• Conduct in-depth research on emerging AI technologies and industry trends to maintain technical leadership.
• Perform rigorous code reviews and provide constructive feedback to AI developers to maintain high-quality code standards.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to skill development across the AI team.
• Make informed decisions on AI model selection, data strategy, and implementation frameworks.
• Clearly communicate technical decisions, progress updates, and key findings to the AI Developer Lead and relevant stakeholders.

Decision-Making Authority

• The Senior AI Specialist will independently determine the best approaches for AI model development and implementation. This includes selecting model architectures, optimization strategies, and contributing to the overall AI roadmap in coordination with the AI Developer Lead.

 

Communication & Collaboration

• This role requires regular communication with the AI Developer Lead and team members to ensure alignment on development priorities, share progress, and escalate issues. The Senior AI Specialist also plays a mentoring role, facilitating knowledge-sharing across the AI team.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in AI/ML development, including deep learning, model deployment, and large-scale data processing. Leadership or mentorship experience required.
