Role: Project Manager – Global Data Platform

Services:

·       Managing the governance of the Global Data Platform program;

·       Organizing and facilitating weekly governance meetings and steering committees, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and driving timely decision-making;

·       Service will require strategic vision of the program, challenges and interactions between entities to ensuring alignment with program objectives;

·       Service will require expertise in driving large and complex programs, engaging with several C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

·       Program governance and ad hoc presentation to Excom, management committee;

·       Weekly governance meeting agendas, deck and minutes;

·       Steering committees’ agendas, deck and minutes;

·       Program governance documentation, including roles, responsibilities and processes;

·       Status reports on program progress and milestones;

·       Program execution plan outlining key activities and timelines.

Expertise:

·       High adaptability and resilience in managing complexities;

·       Expertise on stakeholder management capabilities;

·       Proactive problem-solving attitude;

·       Expertise in managing large-scale programs in complex environments;
