Your Role:As the Head of HR, reporting to the CFO and based in San Francisco, your mission will be to develop and execute human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the global organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training, and development, and compensation. You will play a pivotal role in establishing a culture of excellence, trust, and innovation, where our worldwide employees are motivated, engaged, and aligned with our vision.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead the HR strategy of the company
• Manage career development plans
• Lead employer branding efforts like recruitment marketing.
• Promote inclusion in the workplace and reinforce our position as an equal opportunity employer.
• Supervise HR Directors and the hiring teams.
• Develop HR policies for US, France, Singapore, Australia, UK, Malaysia.
• Analyze the effectiveness of our HR procedures and tools.
• Evaluate training and development programs.
• Implement leadership development programs

You will bring:

• 15 years of experience minimum
• Demonstrated success in leading HR functions in high-growth technology companies.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of HR metrics, data-driven decision-making, and technology tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Full professional fluency in both French and English
