With a commitment to technological excellence and social impact, we are expanding our team to further strengthen our brand presence and outreach.</p> <h3><strong>The Opportunity</strong></h3> <p>We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager who can translate a compelling mission into campaigns that move the needle, someone who thrives on both strategy and execution and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. The Marketing Manager will own all marketing functions and the position may evolve into a leadership role as the company grows. Based in the Philippines and working US business hours, you will partner closely with sales, product, and executive leadership to build Career Team’s brand, drive engagement, and support our mission of transforming workforce development across the United States.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Develop &amp; Execute Strategy</strong><strong><br></strong></li> <ul> <li>Build and execute integrated marketing plans that support Career Team’s growth across US workforce development markets, with a focus on state and local government, workforce boards, and social service agencies.</li> <li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaigns.</li> <li>Maintain and update the Career Team website, ensuring content stays current, on-brand, and aligned with active campaigns and initiatives.</li> </ul> </ul> <ul> <li><strong>Campaign Management</strong> <ul> <li>Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across social media, SEO/SEM, and content channels.</li> <li>Draft copy and captions for social media posts, flyers, and other campaign materials, maintaining a consistent brand voice across all channels.</li> <li>Manage PR efforts, local events, and partnerships to boost brand visibility.</li> <li>Coordinate with creative agencies, freelancers, and media vendors.</li> <li>Draft press releases and coordinate with leadership on review, approvals, and distribution.</li>
