The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is actively recruiting for an Experienced Guidance Navigation and Control Engineer (Control Systems Analysis & Design) in the Ogden/Hill AFB, UT area. Boeing Defense and Space Systems is growing in the area of aircraft, missile, weapons and autonomous system Guidance Navigation and Control (GN&C) system design, development, integration and test. Flight Engineering is looking for a motivated and talented engineer to join the Boeing team in this exciting business area for the Minuteman III Sustainment program. The candidate support Sustainment in a wide range of existing and new areas of GN&C, performance analysis and simulation solutions. The selected candidate will have visibility into G&C and simulation methods across the Boeing enterprise.
Position Responsibilities:
- Gather system level requirements for Guidance, Navigation and Control (GN&C), sustainment requirements definition
- Perform & document analysis of Guidance, Navigation and Control (GNC) systems, simulations, models & tools
- Support reviews, analyses, simulations and component / system testing to ensure delivery of products that meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations
- Support testing and troubleshooting of sustainment related products / service anomalies and incidents
- Participate in Minuteman III Guidance efforts to ensure End of Life (EOL) can be sustained or surpassed
- Works independently or under general direction.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer
- Minimum 5 years of engineering experience
- Experience or coursework in Control Systems or Guidance, Navigation and Control System design
- Experience or coursework using Matlab/Simulink or MatrixX
- Experience or coursework in computer programming in C, C#, C++, Ada or other common programming languages
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with simulation and / or system/component modeling
- Experience with Kalman Filter design, estimation techniques
- Experience with implementing algorithms in real time systems
- Experience with auto-coding of software
This position is expected to be 100% onsite.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $102,000 - $138,000
