We are seeking Busser applicants for our family-owned seafood restaurant group based in San Luis Obispo, CA.

Lure Fish House is a family-owned restaurant featuring fresh and sustainable seafood from trusted sources. Local and organic ingredients are used whenever possible.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Clean restaurant
• Take garbage and recycling (if applicable) to dumpster
• Remove plates, glassware, silverware, and garbage from tables
• Restock ice
• Sweep floors
• Mop floors
• Perform other restaurant duties as assigned
• Interact with guests professionally
• Light cleaning
• Keep Restrooms in like new condition throughout shift, and perform restroom checks

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Able to communicate well
• Positive attitude
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to effectively solve problems
• Able to analyze information
• Able to meet deadlines
• Must work with a sense of urgency

Rate: 

$16 per hour plus competitive tip pool
