Finance Admin Associate

Our finance admin reviews the finance paperwork for vehicle purchases to ensure accuracy. The finance admin handles the needs of filing paperwork, reviewing title work paperwork and forms, and any other needs of the department. This is a great opportunity and is full-time!

                            What we are looking for:

• Individuals with excellent organizational skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Possess strong communication skills

• Review title paperwork to ensure it meets specified requirements  

• Communicate with customers, F&I managers, DMV, and other entities regarding proper documentation for all vehicle purchases 

• Review all deal jackets to ensure proper signatures and forms are completed

• Follow up and communicate with F&I managers to resolve outstanding issues

• Maintain logs and schedules to ensure proper documentation

• Stay abreast of county and state title regulation requirements

• Assist with other duties assigned by manager

• Prior automotive experience preferred

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record is required

• Highschool diploma or equivalent
