Rehab Admin Assistant

Centrex Rehab is looking for a Rehab Admin Assistant to work full-time (40 hours per week) helping support our rehabilitation departments at Chapel View Care Center in Hopkins and Jones Harrison in Minneapolis. The primary site would be Chapel View with need to travel to Jones Harrison each week. Experience in the health care environment is preferred, but not required.

The ideal candidate for this Rehab Admin role will be administratively strong and have excellent customer service skills. Assisting the Rehab Directors with administrative tasks constitutes approximately 80% of the job responsibilities. Reliable attendance, attention to detail, and prompt follow up are key in this role.

Responsibilities for this role include:

• Assisting Rehab Director with administrative tasks
• Assisting therapists in different capacities during treatment
• Cleaning equipment as required
• Transporting patients, if needed
• Other related duties within the Rehabilitation Department
