Qualification Requirements


1.    High School Diploma or equivalent.
2.    Valid New York State Driver’s License.
3.    Valid New York State Security Guard Registration Card.
4.    Must be available to work weekends, holidays and required overtime 

Physical Requirements

• The position requires outdoor work in all weather conditions. 
• Some tasks require climbing, kneeling, bending, navigating uneven terrain, and moderate lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Tasks require manual dexterity and ability to safely use tools (e.g. drill, wire cutters, computer keyboard) and operate equipment
•  Must be able to stand for long periods of time, walk distances

Other Requirements

• Employee must be able to work Saturdays, Sundays and all Holidays.
• Employee must be able to work Overtime if required by supervisor.
