- Translate complex findings into clear recommendations that influence product and marketing decisions.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to define success metrics and integrate insights into planning and execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify ambiguous requests and uncover the “why” behind trends or metric changes.
- Build and maintain reporting queries and monitoring frameworks with Engineering to track business health.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and enable stakeholder adoption of self-service reporting.
- Work with complex, high-volume, high-dimensional datasets from multiple sources and systems.
- Deliver high-quality work in environments with incomplete, messy, or inconsistent data.
- Communicate results through compelling data stories tailored to product, marketing, and leadership audiences.
Qualifications

- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and visual) with the ability to explain complex analysis to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with large-scale telemetry/event data (clickstream/product usage events).
- Strong statistical foundation and experience with causal inference or impact evaluation (more important than advanced ML).
- Familiarity with distributed / big-data query tools (SparkSQL, Databricks) or Azure Data Explorer.
- Experience building “business health” monitoring and metric governance (definitions, consistency, data quality checks).
- Interest in games and/or experience in gaming or consumer product analytics.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in the Seattle area (or similar collaboration-focused environment).
