Risk Management Associate or Senior

SC&H Group is seeking a highly talented and motivated professional to add to our Advisory Services Practice as a Risk Management Associate. This individual will have the opportunity to work on various security focused frameworks including SOC, ISO, Microsoft DPR, and IT audit. SC&H's Risk Practice provides services to assist organizations in independently assess financial, operational, and IT risks. Work with other talented consultants to provide world class internal control consulting services support to our clients in meeting their business objectives. 

Work You'll Do:

• Provide clients with cybersecurity assessment, data privacy support, and internal control consulting services.
• Review IT security, cybersecurity, and privacy programs to provide clients with an independent assessment of risks, internal controls, and the overall effectiveness and efficiency of their environment.
• Maintain a strong client focus by effectively serving client needs and developing productive working relationships with client personnel.
• Stay abreast of new industry pronouncements/standards, current business and economic developments, and/or other guidance relevant to the client’s business.
• Display teamwork, integrity, leadership, and initiative. Work with team members to set goals and responsibilities for specific engagements.
• Utilize technology and data analytics to continually learn and innovate, share knowledge with team members, and enhance service delivery.
• Understand SC&H and its service lines. Actively encourage team members to contribute ideas and identify potential opportunities to apply SC&H’s services.

Qualifications:

• BS in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or other business related field. 
• 0-4 years of SOC/ISO experience
• CISA is highly preferred but not required
• Some experience working in the IT field is preferable
• Ability to manage multiple engagements

Salary & Benefits

The expected annual base salary for this position is $80,000-95,000. Salary offers are made based on a variety of candidate specific factors such as candidate's skills, performance, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations.
