Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and on time
• Create and maintain staff schedules, ensuring proper shift coverage
• Handle billing duties, including accounts receivable and reconciliation
• Track employee attendance and time-off requests
• Ensure compliance with payroll and staffing regulations
• Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries and schedule adjustments
• Generate payroll and staffing reports for management

Requirements:

• Billing experience is required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with payroll systems and scheduling software
• Prior experience in healthcare or a skilled nursing environment is a plus
