Sr. Project Manager - Label Changes

Our client, a large global, consumer health corporation, has an immediate need for an energetic Sr. Project Manager to lead a global project focused on Label Changes for a portfolio of products of OTC, cosmetic and personal care products. Looking for a project manager with related experience in leading a large-scale label change over within the personal care space.

Job Responsibilities:

• Schedule, lead and facilitate core project team meetings (strategic)
• Schedule, lead and facilitate labeling & artwork specific sub-team meetings
• Schedule, lead and facilitate other sub-team meetings, with employees and external partners
• Create meeting agendas, publish meeting minutes on a regular basis
• Document decisions, action items, issues, and follow-up
• Create and update project plan (timelines) for all activities in MS Project (or other agreed upon software)
• Conduct Joint Planning Sessions to develop and update project plans, as needed
• Keep project team members on task, drive to milestones, etc. utilizing appropriate project management tools and processes
• Establish and implement a communications plan, including escalation plan
• Conduct risk assessments and highlight key risks
• Develop risk mitigation plans, as needed

Requirements

• 7+ years Project Management experience in the Cosmetics, Personal Care industry
• PMP Certification Desired
• Provide “end-to-end” Project Management services with a focus on Labeling and Artwork Development Workflow.
• Have specific expertise in leading OTC / Cosmetic / Personal Care Labeling projects
• Proven experience working in the fast-paced environment of Consumer Healthcare Categories
• Autonomy and Strong Business Acumen with the ability to understand and navigate key priorities to deliver projects on-time while meeting customer and business needs
• Creative, problem-solver with confidence to lead cross-functional team and drive accountability
