Job Description

The Account Coordinator role executes flawlessly, prioritizes attention to details.  Focuses on coordinating and communicating.  Exhibits professional and motivating behavior. 

Key Responsibilities 

Agency Operations 

• Knows how the agency works and how jobs flow through the agency 
• Finances: Familiarity with and adherence to agency financial and operating procedures and policies. Organizes budgets, bills, other financial measures 
• Solution oriented. Resourceful. Knows when to alert management to an issue. 

Knowledge  

• Broad but basic knowledge of the brand, category, and media channels 
• Continuously learning technology 
• Adheres to agency process.  

Strategy 

• Knowledge of competitors 
• Planning: Research on category, competitive data, therapeutic areas as required. Ability to effectively yet concisely communicate research results.  

Tactics and Execution 

• Diligently and flawlessly execute on assigned area of project.   
• Works with account team to execute plan tactics 
• Contribute to accurate and thorough documentation: status reports, contact report, timelines 
• Develops strong and positive working relationships with project management, creative, finance, other departments 

Client Relationship 

• Detailed, professional and timely communications to internal team 
• Presentations: Organizes client presentations and internal meetings

Qualifications

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree required 
• Demonstrated interest in digital advertising, marketing or communications
