The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Position Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Partnering</b> with project teams to create effective, usable, and satisfying user experiences</p></li><li><p><b>Performing</b> user-centered design activities that actively involve users throughout all phases of a project to ensure product usability</p></li><li><p><b>Conducting</b> user research through interviews, field studies, and surveys, defining user requirements and usability goals</p></li><li><p><b>Creating</b> user interaction design alternatives and convey designs by building prototypes</p></li><li><p><b>Conducting</b> usability tests, heuristic evaluations, and other reviews to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of designs</p></li><li><p><b>Diagnosing and analyzing</b> usability issues, refining designs or recommending changes based on findings</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</b></p><ul><li><p>Education: Bachelor of Science degree or higher from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science</p></li><li><p>3-5 years minimum experience in the field</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):</b></p><ul><li><p>Fluent in English</p></li><li><p>Strong skills in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces</p></li><li><p>Ability to iterate and improve designs based on user insights and data</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in design tools like Figma or Sketch</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Important information regarding this requisition: </b>This requisition is for a locally hired position in Germany.
