The Role:
Arine is expanding its AI-driven automation and intelligence to scale clinical impact, improve medication adherence, and optimize interventions at scale. As a Senior AI Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and deploying AI-powered solutions that enhance clinician efficiency and patient outcomes.
This role goes beyond building ML models - you will develop and integrate AI-driven automation, insights, and recommendations into real-world clinical workflows. You will work with large-scale healthcare data, leverage prebuilt LLMs, and build custom predictive models, and collaborate closely with engineers, data scientists, and clinicians to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
What You’ll be Doing:
- Develop AI-powered automation and intelligence: design and deploy AI solutions that enhance clinician efficiency, optimize interventions, and scale personalized medication management
- Leverage LLMs and predictive models: integrate both prebuilt LLMs and custom machine learning models to generate insights, automate routine workflows, and improve decision-making
- Ship AI-powered products: work closely with product and engineering teams to build scalable, production-ready AI features that seamlessly integrate into clinical workflows
- Optimize AI-driven interventions: improve task prioritization, patient outreach, and adherence interventions through data-driven intelligence
- Collaborate across teams: partner with ML engineers, data scientists, clinicians, and product managers to align AI development with business and clinical needs
- Own technical execution: establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and iteration, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and continuous learning
Who You Are:
- AI/ML Engineer with a strong product mindset: you have 5+ years of experience developing and shipping AI-driven applications, with hands-on experience integrating LLMs and predictive models into real-world
