Role Overview

The General Laborer supports daily production operations by performing material handling, equipment support, housekeeping, and basic manufacturing tasks. This role contributes to maintaining safe, efficient, and high-quality production processes within an industrial environment. The position plays a key role in ensuring operational readiness, cleanliness, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform material handling activities, including loading, unloading, and moving raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of production and storage areas through housekeeping and waste disposal activities.
• Support production equipment setup, basic operation, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Conduct routine quality checks and assist with packaging and product preparation.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 55 pounds.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and standard operating instructions in an industrial environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to support quality and compliance requirements.
