Job Summary

This position is responsible for support functions including site print and mail processing, return mail, bill audit and correspondence audit in support of the department work queue achievement, SLA’s and operational controls. This position will utilize existing tools/processes to handle printing and mailing of site requirements, diagnose and correct mail returned by the USPS as undeliverable, assist in user acceptance testing for new products and the audit invoices and correspondence for accuracy, regulatory adherence, content relevancy and brand specific requirements.

Hourly Schedule would be Mon, Tues and Thursday 7 am -4 pm.
