We’re looking for a Plummer Pipefitter Master. In this role you will perform highly skilled, technical installations, repairs and modification to all plumbing systems including above and below ground, low- and high-pressure steam, gas and water systems for a large state agency complex, using multiple trades skills (plumbing, welding, insulating, pipefitting).
Examples of duties
One year of the required experience for the following minimum qualifications must have been on-the-job experience:Three years of experience or training in pipefitting, steam fitting, or plumbing.

Job Duties:
- Perform repairs, troubleshooting and modification to above and below systems including tunnel installations
- Perform on high- and low-pressure gas, steam, and water systems
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance to domestic and commercial hot water heaters and boilers to insure they are within code and insurance specifications
- Assembles various metal and plastic pressure and sewage piping using threaded joints, soldering techniques, clamps, bonds, leaded joints, etc.
- Performs work in all phases of insulation and welding
- Repairs fire mains and installs kicker blocks and valves according to specifications
- Calibrates and adjust controls on steam and hot water sterilizers
- Maintains and installs medical air lines, vacuum lines, nitrous oxide and oxygen systems
