More about the role

The purpose of the HR reporting, analytics, and process team is to identify and deliver business relevant HR metrics, initiate and guide process improvements, and support fact based decision making. In this team we focus to design and deliver reports from various HR systems, tracking performance on strategic objectives, and ensuring signaling relevant trends and process improvement opportunities in the HR domain.

As an HR Reporting Solution Specialist, you will enhance HR reporting and analytics, improving data quality and standardizing processes. Your insights will support decision-making for stakeholders. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives in a multicultural global environment.

What you’ll do

• Streamline HR reporting: Remove unused reports, standardize, simplify, and automate processes.
• Deliver KPI dashboards: Provide high-quality, timely data and insights monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Collaborate with stakeholders: Identify key measures, adapt KPI measurements, and drive performance improvements.
• Participate in global HR projects: Enhance customer satisfaction, effectiveness, and efficiency through effective communication and training.

More about You:

If You have:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience in a large international corporation, working on project management or process re-engineering.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and translate data into actionable plans.
• Analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills; advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Advanced change management and communication skills; effective relationship-building across countries and teams.
• Strong customer orientation, result-driven, and an excellent team player.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
