Pay: $175 – $200/day

📌 About the Role

School Professionals is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Substitute Teachers to join our substitute teaching pool for the 2025–2026 school year. As a Substitute Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in supporting students’ learning when the regular classroom teacher is unavailable. You will maintain classroom continuity, implement lesson plans, and foster a safe, engaging environment for learners of all ages.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Implement lesson plans provided by the regular teacher to ensure uninterrupted instruction.
• Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, respectful environment.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the needs of diverse learners, including those with special education requirements.
• Support literacy and math instruction through creative and effective teaching techniques.
• Communicate with students, staff, and parents regarding classroom activities and student progress.
• Provide additional tutoring and academic support when needed.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum and instructional strategies.

Requirements

• Experience working with children (required).
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field (preferred).
• Classroom management and behavior management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and nurturing student growth.
