Clinical Research Associate II / Senior CRA I (Monitor)

<h3>Company Description</h3><p>We are the company that cares – for our staff, for our clients, for our partners and for the quality of the work we do.  A dynamic, global company founded in 1995, we bring together more than 2,600 driven, dedicated and passionate individuals.  We work on the frontline of medical science, changing lives, and bringing new medicines to those who need them.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>As a Clinical Research Associate at PSI you will enjoy a variety of monitoring tasks and work on clinical studies in different therapeutic indications, maintaining the highest quality standards in the industry and delivering exemplary customer service.</p><p><u>Office-based in Munich/Planegg or Home-based in Germany</u></p><p>You will:</p><ul><li>Conduct and report all types of onsite monitoring visits as well as remote visits</li><li>Perform CRF review, source document verification and query resolution</li><li>Be responsible for site communication and management</li><li>Be involved in site identification process</li><li>Assist in training of less expert CRAs, depending on your level of experience</li></ul><p>*Senior CRA can be assigned as Lead Monitor in some projects, while still partially monitoring.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>College/University degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent combination of education, training &amp; experience</li><li>Independent on-site monitoring experience in Germany (experience in Switzerland is a plus)</li><li>Independent experience in all types of monitoring visits in Phase II and/or III</li><li>Experience in Oncology, Hematology, Infectious / Rare / Gastro-intestinal Diseases, Multiple Sclerosis is a plus</li><li>Full working proficiency in English and German</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office applications</li><li>Ability to plan, multitask and work in a dynamic team environment</li><li>Communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to travel</li><li>Valid driver’s license</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>We offer:</p><ul><li>Excellent and flexible working conditions</li><li>Extensive training and friendly, collegial team</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits package</li><li>Opportunities for personal and professional growth</li></ul><p>Make the right call and take your career to a whole new level.
