Senior Web Developer

As a Senior Web Developer at Vanta, you will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and ensuring a seamless digital experience for our customers. You will be responsible for the software design, development, and maintenance of our company website. You will also support product teams as we connect the website to our product, GTM systems, billing, pricing, and packaging. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize marketing campaigns, leveraging your expertise to measure and iterate on the performance of our digital assets.

What you’ll do as a Senior Web Developer at Vanta:

• Lead the technical design, development, and maintenance of the company website, ensuring a user-friendly experience.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement digital campaigns and optimize website integration.

• Implement and maintain analytics and tracking systems to measure website performance and user behavior.

• Continuously iterate on the website and digital assets for an improved user experience and conversion rates.

You are most likely to be be successful in this role if:

• You have 5+ years of experience working with core web technologies: Javascript, HTML/CSS.

• You have experience building multi-platform (Mobile, Web), cross-browser components that adapt to different screen sizes.

• You have experience building accessible, localized web experiences.

• You have working knowledge of site health performance best practices.

• Bonus: you have experience using WebFlow and can advise on tradeoffs of using that platform vs alternative solutions.

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The base pay range for this position is $129,200 - $152,000. This role may also be eligible for commissions/bonus, equity, medical benefits, 401(k) plan, and other company perk programs.
