Your Role:

The role is responsible for leading operational strategic projects and guiding technology enhancements to support the Rocklin site to achieve targets aligned with corporate and divisional goals.

 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate strategic projects as directed by manager to grow the Cell Marque business
• Work with stakeholders to ensure operational compliance of products
• Act as IVDR project lead for Manufacturing including coordination with Ewing for uplift of Class A products, management of label documentation (LBL LBS, SPE PKG) and all label changes, DMR creation, and flow diagram creation, to support timely execution per project plan 
• Utilize lean sig sigma to achieve improved operational performance 
• Lead technology enhancements aligned with the digital transformation roadmap
• Support maintenance of operational systems for current and future products using existing or new technologies
• Implement improved tools for data analysis to support improved decision making for the site

 

 

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in chemistry, biological science, or engineering
• Minimum of 10 years experience in Operations
• Minimum of 5 years experience using SAP or other ERP related systems

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Life Science industry experience preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of cGMP regulations for manufacturing IVD products and knowledge of the ISO quality system
