Amazon’s North American Surface Transportation (NAST) Compliance Team is seeking a NAST Compliance Analyst to drive large scale projects, programs and technical initiatives within Amazon Middle Mile Transportation network.<br/><br/>This is an exciting space that is in the heart of North American Surface Transportation Safety & Compliance within Middle Mile. The team is comprised of subject matter experts who leverage transportation compliance administration with efforts to continually raise the bar on transportation services at Amazon.<br/><br/>Key job responsibilities<br/>• Manage full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with considerable impact across multiple organizations.<br/>• Build relationships with project stakeholders across key internal teams, stakeholder teams and external partners.<br/>• Establish mechanisms that ensure highest levels of Amazon policies related to Department of Transportation regulations across our Middle Mile transportation network.<br/>• Understand the deliverables of project stakeholders, critical path items, and effectively communicate status, potential risks, and delays.<br/>• Be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and enjoy working on different problems every day.<br/>• Develop, implement and govern KPI reporting for the portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones and performance for all projects to the given stakeholders.<br/>• Partner with teams across the business you support and beyond to source, allocate, and coordinate resources.<br/>• Interact with 3rd party vendors to discuss performance metrics, service level agreements, contract negotiations, and daily workload volumes.<br/>• Look for opportunities to improve program quality and operational excellence.<br/>• Partner with other program managers to secure resources, scope efforts, and set project priorities and milestones.
