Investment Coordinator

Digitals AI Inc is a dynamic AI solutions startup offering a range of innovative products, including Hiry AI, Finy AI, ZSOCIAL AI, Shopy AI, and TrueFt AI. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Investment Outreach Coordinator to join our team and support our efforts in raising capital for our cutting-edge AI products.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing targeted outreach campaigns to attract potential investors.
• Conduct research to identify prospective investors and investment opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive investment pitches and presentations.
• Coordinate communication with potential investors, including follow-ups and updates.
• Assist in organizing and managing fundraising events and initiatives.
• Support the creation of investment materials, including pitch decks and investment memorandums.
• Track and report on the progress of outreach campaigns and investor engagement activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure cohesive and aligned messaging in all investor communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Previous experience in fundraising, investment banking, or a related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of the AI industry and market trends is an advantage
