About The Career:

· The Medical Imaging Systems Support and Educator is responsible for the operational administration and network management of various systems integrated with Medical Imaging. This position provides significant end user and physician training, ensures data quality and integrity, and has a lead role in afterhours support. They coordinate and works closely with the PACS Administrator, Medical Imaging Management, Physicians, external vendors, Medical Imaging caregivers, and other ancillary department personnel as well as Information Services as needed to facilitate ongoing support issues. They monitor patient schedules and retrieve relevant previous imaging prior to patient arrival to ensure the best continuum of care for patients through Medical Imaging at MRH. They provide educational leadership and materials to ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards and related policies and procedures within Medical Imaging.

All About You:

• A minimum of 2 recent years in healthcare systems experience with computing technology, networks, and experience in a PACS environment.
• License and experience in a Medical Imaging field such as ARRT, CNMBT, ARDMS.
• BLS required upon hire.
• Medical Imaging, EMR, PACS, Dynacad, MIM Vista, Powershare, QHN preferred.
