JOB PURPOSE: The Girls on the Run Coordinator serves as the Council Director for GOTRNA, an affiliate council of Girls on the Run International (GOTRI) serving Coconino, Navajo, Yavapai, and Apache counties. This position is responsible for fundraising and development, executing the Girls on the Run program(s) and end-of-season 5K event(s), supervising staff and volunteers, and managing administrative requirements while upholding the GOTR, CPCHP, and Elk Ridge missions.
The primary goal of the Elk Ridge Community Health Girls on the Run Coordinator is to support Elk Ridge’s Mission of providing comprehensive, quality health care that is affordable and accessible to all who may have healthcare needs, by successfully performing the primary essential functions.

Job Functions:
• Develops and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships with government, tribal, healthcare, academic, private, non-profit and other institutions, and encourage such partnerships within the Girls on the Run team.
• Acts as ambassador to represent Girls on the Run's mission and programs; interface with high level internal and external contacts at various institutions, requiring considerable discretion, initiative, motivation, and follow through.
• Plans for the direction and leadership of the overall program; develop and implement a council growth plan that addresses program and site development strategies.
• Oversees program execution, including site recruitment and onboarding, girl registration, and volunteer training and oversight in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Oversees management of the end of season 5K(s).
• Utilizes various software platforms for program management, monitoring, data collection, and analysis. Compile, review, and analyze program data. Evaluate the program and make changes to improve quality and customer experience.
• Sets measurable goals and objectives and fulfill Girls on the Run grant and contractual obligations. Monitor and report on progress.
• Develop applicable policies and procedures and implement process improvement efforts.
• Develop and maintain professional working relationships and collaborative partnerships with team members, volunteers, community organizations, schools, and other stakeholders.
• Monitors program/project spending and develop and adhere to annual program budget.
• Develops diverse funding streams and long-term plans to best support the mission and goals of the organization.
• Leads fundraising efforts including sponsorship, donor cultivation, solicitation and stewardship, special events, etc.
• Writes proposals to obtain government or private funding for projects to meet community needs. Develop and administer grant budgets.
• Supervises and oversees the work of program staff, consultants, interns and volunteers. Initiate actions involving discipline, promotion, and motivation of employees.
• Interfaces with high level internal and external contacts at various institutions, requiring considerable discretion, initiative, motivation, and follow-through.
• Develops policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and grant stipulations.
• Submits activity and financial reporting to funding agencies.
• Timely responses to communications from email, phone, in person, and other communication avenues.
• Regulars and predictable attendance. Attend required staff meetings, training, and conferences.
• Travels throughout the region and state as necessary.
• Cooperates in accomplishing department goals and objectives and upholds the Elk Ridge and CPCHP missions.
Joint Commission Responsibilities:
• Maintains a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment in compliance with all Policies and Procedures including but not limited to work areas, workstations, examination rooms, hand washing, infection prevention and control etc. for this position.
• Demonstrates an understanding of and proficiency with the application of all compliance and reporting requirements respective to Joint Commission Certification (JCC) standards.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
