About the role

SAP Solutions Architect - Partner Ecosystem and Services Lead - Remote with up to 50% Travel

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the SAP software ecosystem, including SAP S/4HANA, Signavio, LeanIX, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and SAP AI

· Build and grow relationships with partners that provide tooling and services for SAP S/4HANA implementations, such as smartShift, IBIS, EPI-USE labs, SNP, Syniti, and others

· Understand the tools and services offered by SAP and each partner and know when to use them to deliver successful SAP S/4HANA assessments and implementations

· Collaborate with partners to develop and deliver joint solutions and services that meet the needs of our clients

· Work with our sales team to identify and qualify leads, providing technical expertise throughout the sales cycle

· Develop and deliver solution proposals that incorporate the appropriate tools and services from our partners

· Provide advisory services to clients on the use of SAP S/4HANA and related tools and services

· Utilize knowledge of partner tooling and services to help run end-to-end assessments for moving to S/4HANA, including:

o Conducting workshops and discovery sessions to understand client requirements and pain points

o Analyzing client data and systems to identify potential roadblocks and areas for improvement

o Developing and presenting recommendations for S/4HANA implementation, including the use of partner tooling and services

o Collaborating with clients to develop a tailored roadmap for S/4HANA adoption

· Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in SAP technologies and services, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team

· Contribute to the development of internal training materials and knowledge bases related to SAP solutions and services

· Work closely with delivery teams to ensure the successful implementation of SAP solutions and services

Qualifications and Experience:

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

·         10+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with a deep understanding of the SAP software ecosystem, including SAP S/4HANA, Signavio, LeanIX, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and SAP Business AI

·         5+ years of experience working with partners that provide tooling and services for SAP S/4HANA implementations, such as smartShift, IBIS, EPI-USE labs, SNP, Syniti, and others

·         Proven ability to build and grow relationships with partners and clients

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

·         Strong client-facing skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust

·         Experience working in a consulting or client-facing role is highly desirable

·         SAP certifications related to S/4HANA Solution Architecture, Technical Architecture, Signavio, LeanIX, BTP, and SAP Business AI are highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Experience with other cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and their SAP offerings

·         Knowledge of specific industry use cases for SAP solutions and services (e.g., finance, manufacturing, retail)

·         Experience working with SAP partners and developing strategic partnerships

·         Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment

Work Environment:

It is expected, at this time, you may be required as part of the job function to travel up to 50%. Must be legally authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
