Your Career

The Director of Program Management for our US Public Sector leads a team of six program managers and owns the management of complex GTM initiatives requiring internal governance activities (process and procedures, approval matrices, etc), including the largest USPS programs, campaigns, contract vehicles, and transformation initiatives. This role is a significant driver of company revenue and growth, and operates in close alignment with our business development &  capture team, and our ecosystem of technology and channel partners. This role supports our business across the US Public Sector, including Federal Government, State & Local Government, and Education customers.

Your Impact

• Manage a team of six Sr and Jr Program Managers
• Provide project lifecycle management for top programs, campaigns, contract vehicles, and transformation initiatives
• Build project charters and plans, gain stakeholder alignment, assign goals & targets per activity and by initiative type
• Coordinate program/contract specific pricing activities, legal reviews, product specific needs, and deliverable submissions
• Provide contract administration as required
• Be responsible for client relationship management, as required
• Work with leadership of our resale, integrator, and service provider channels to assure participation and reporting
• Provide program/contract specific training materials and delivery
• Establish measurement of program-specific metrics, incl. pipeline and bookings impact
• Support the build and evolution of the ”operating system” for how we run Public Sector, including transformation initiatives, special projects
• Lead a formal prioritization process and approved project lists
• Lead a monthly program review cadence with cross-functional teams
• Coordinate comms & knowledge mgmt cross-functionally as needed
• Establish tight leadership alignment to SOPs, executive dashboards and reporting
• Secure and manage (to SOW & budget) any third party resources necessary to the completion of activities in scope

Qualifications

Your Experience

• 10+ years of program management and a proven track record of full-scope program delivery
• In-depth understanding of public sector programs, policies, regulations, and funding mechanisms
• Strong understanding of program management methodologies, best practices, and tools
• Capable of aligning program objectives with the organization's strategic goals - Develop a clear vision for the programs under management and ensure they contribute to the overall success of the business
• Able to develop and execute program plans, manage budgets, resources, and timelines, and ensure successful delivery of programs
• Capable of assessing and mitigating risks associated with programs, and developing risk management strategies
