Sr. Developer - Document Management

About the role:

As a Senior Developer, Document Management you will support, administer, develop services, provide technical leadership, and customer support for our intelligent capture and document management suite applications. You will have a background in enterprise content management, document capture workflows, and system integration. Your role will involve

working closely with business analysts, architects, and operations teams to provide scalable capture solutions. Additional responsibilities will include participating in all levels of the software development lifecycle (including change management) and performing system and software administration functions on document management applications.

You will report to the Manager, Information and Document Management Solutions and be located at our Cranberry Township, PA facility. Work from home 2 days per week Remote option for the ideal candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design solutions using OpenText Captiva / Intelligent Capture.

• Customize capture workflows, document recognition, classification and data extraction processes.

• Integrate capture solutions with downstream systems (Documentum D2, SAP, etc.)

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to capture processes and system performance.

• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Ensure system security, compliance and data integrity across all capture solutions.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and support staff.

• Participate in code reviews, testing and deployment activities.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science or a related discipline

• OpenText Suite: 3+ years experience with tools like Documentum D2

• Info Archive, Captiva/Intelligent Capture, C#, .NET, VBScript, JavaScript, Java

• Oracle and SQL databases, Apache, Linux and Windows OS

• OCR/ICR technologies, document classification, data extraction

• REST API platforms, Active Directory Service
