Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. The Learning Experience Designer Senior is responsible for analyzing, designing, building, and implementing business-aligned, integrated learning solutions using a variety of techniques and tools.
How you will make an impact:
- Co-manages internal review processes.
- Participates in the peer mentorship program.
- Co-manages the LMS system for the EE LED team.
- Collaborates with business partners on expected business outcomes.
- Participates in needs analysis and recommends effective learning solutions.
- Collaborates with other content developers, graphic designers, technology consultants, technologists, and other project team members on design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions.
- Uses all approved processes, tools and templates to standard for development and reporting.
- Actively maintains all content.
- Participates in and contributes to Learning & Development sub-teams, communities of practice, and other opportunities to enhance knowledge and skill.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires BA/BS in Computer Sciences, Instructional Technology, or related field and a minimum of 4 years of web design/development experience and a minimum of 5 years experience supporting a training/learning organization; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
- Ability to apply knowledge of FEP processes for effective creation of new hire content.
- Knowledge of instructional design concepts for design of effective learning solutions.
- Prior experience using Articulate Rise and/or Articulate Storyline.
- Prior experience supporting learning and development within contact center environments.
- Project management experience preferred.
For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $86,240 to $141,120
