Description
PingWind is seeking a qualified Healthcare Technical Operations Specialist to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This role will support the adoption of technical solutions to meet the needs of healthcare providers.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare operations and technical solutions, with strong communication skills to act as the liaison between providers and technical teams.
· Bridge clinical and technical workstreams by leveraging deep expertise in both healthcare operations and technology solutions.· Facilitate communication between clinicians and IT teams to ensure that operational workflows are effectively supported by technical implementations.· Work with project teams to ensure alignment of training and change management efforts.· Use the Prosci methodology to assess change readiness, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation plans under the direction of the Change Management and Training Lead.· Support in monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of training and change management strategies and adjust as needed to ensure successful change adoption.· Provide assistance and support to project teams on change management and training best practices under the guidance of the Change Management and Training Lead.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree.· Experience developing and implementing strategies for complex initiatives.· Experience developing technical requirements.· Strong facilitation and presentation skills.· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.· U.S. Citizenship; Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
· VA or similar government organization experience.· Prosci Change Management Practitioner preferred.
