Job Description
Support the Marketing & Communications team in executing strategic marketing initiatives aligned with RMBN’s brand and business objectives, while coordinating day-to-day marketing activities to ensure timely delivery of campaigns, events, tasks, and communication materials. Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain brand consistency and quality, and participate in the development of all marketing and brand-related communications, including graphic and print materials originating from the Bank.Responsibilities
Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Coordinate corporate events, sponsorships, and CSR activities, working with other stakeholders.
Manage content updates for the website, social media platforms, and internal communication channels, working with local and Group stakeholders.
Track and report on campaign performance to provide insights for optimization.
Ensure compliance with RMBN brand guidelines in all marketing materials.
Support the development of marketing collateral, presentations, and client-facing documents.
Maintain vendor relationships and oversee procurement processes for marketing-related services.
Manage and maintain the brand store, ensuring proper stock levels and maintaining impeccable record-keeping.
Qualifications & Experience
A degree in Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences, Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising, PR, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role (preferably in financial services or a corporate environment). CIB experience may be an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a definite advantage.
Must possess excellent graphic design skills, with a strong command of visual storytelling, layout design, and proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.
Digital savvy and experience with social media management and basic analytics tools are beneficial.
Membership of a professional Marketing/Advertising/Communications body could be an advantage.

Demonstrable hands-on experience managing part or all of a marketing/sales/activation campaign could come in handy.
