Are you ready to take the next step in your healthcare career? At Abrazo Arrowhead Campus, we’re seeking compassionate, reliable, and team-driven Patient Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our Medical-Surgical Unit during full-time day shifts. In this role, you’ll be an essential part of our care team—helping patients feel safe, supported, and comfortable throughout their recovery.

Responsibilities

  • Support nursing staff in delivering exceptional patient care 
  • Assist with personal hygiene, vital signs, bed changes, and mobility 
  • Serve meals, offer nourishment, and help maintain a clean environment 
  • Prepare and care for medical equipment and supplies 
  • Work closely with RNs and supervisors under clear and supportive guidance

Qualifications

  • Special Skills 
    • Willingness to complete EKG training for designated units 
  • Minimum Requirements 
    • Education: High School Diploma/GED OR CNA/PCA/PCT certificate 
    • Experience: One year in an acute care setting 
    • Certification: CPR 
  • Preferred Requirements 
    • Certifications: CNA/LNA certified through the Arizona State Board of Nursing
