What this job involves: Support enterprise-wide change management initiatives as part of JLL's Strategy 2030 transformation programs across our global workforce. You'll help implement organizational adoption strategies, execute training programs, and support incentive frameworks that accelerate transformation success. Working closely with the Change Management Lead and Transformation Office teams, you'll contribute to human-centered change strategies across business lines while developing your expertise in organizational transformation. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a people management professional to grow their change management skills while supporting large-scale initiatives that shape JLL's future.
What your day-to-day will look like:
• Execute change management strategies for JLL's Strategy 2030 transformation initiatives under guidance of Change Management Director
• Support implementation of influence tactics, incentive programs, and engagement strategies designed by senior team members
• Assist in conducting organizational readiness assessments and documenting barriers to transformation adoption
• Help deliver training programs, workshops, and communication campaigns to drive change adoption
• Support administration of non-monetary incentive frameworks, including recognition programs and engagement initiatives
• Coordinate logistics for change management workshops, working sessions, and team meetings
• Track and report on cultural transformation metrics and employee engagement data using established frameworks
• Assist with project coordination between Transformation Program Managers and business stakeholders
• Provide administrative support for change management documentation, communication materials, and progress reports
• Contribute to team meetings and planning sessions with insights from frontline change activities
Required qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-5 years of experience in HR, organizational development, project coordination, or related people-focused roles
• Experience supporting training delivery, employee engagement initiatives, or organizational programs
• Strong project coordination and administrative skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across different levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team environments
• Basic understanding of change management principles or willingness to learn quickly
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new digital tools
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in professional services, real estate, or corporate environments
• Background supporting large-scale organizational initiatives or training programs
• Familiarity with employee engagement surveys, feedback tools, or HR analytics
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• Interest in organizational psychology and human behavior in workplace settings
• Cross-cultural awareness and experience working with diverse teams

Estimated compensation for this position:
107,100.00 – 143,175.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
