Officer, GO FMO - Remittance (Wisma CIMB) MY

This role is responsible for supporting internal and external customers to ensure efficient, accurate and timely execution of inward and outward payments.

1.    Process daily operations of Outward Remittance payments according to all relevant BNM’s and the Group policies and guidelines.
2.    Perform data entry accurately and timely in payment system (e.g. BDS Mosaic and BPM Comet).
3.    Comply to all BNM’s and Group policies and guidelines and responsible to escalate any money laundering and suspicious transactions.
4.    Verify to ensure all payments are processed, completed and no outstanding ticket or transaction in BPM Comet and transaction at CPH.
5.    Verify CSR Transfer Totals to ensure correct and accurate postings, and investigate for any unreconciled items and escalate to OIC.
6.    Responsible to escalate in a timely manner when unsure of actions required in day to day operations

Any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by Management from time to time.
