• Where is the job located? This position is based in Sweden
• Who will I be reporting to? Functional reporting line – TRATON SE / Head of Corporate Planning & Reporting: Daria Ballon; Disciplinarian reporting line – TRATON AB / Head of Portfolio Controlling & Holding Controlling : Yunus Birgin
• Which brand will I be working for? TRATON Holding, with all Brands: Scania, MAN, VWTB and International.

TRATON Corporate Planning & Reporting Performance Controlling Team is responsible for the analysis, evaluation, and strategic financial steering of TRATON GROUP consolidated performance. In addition, it oversees the end-to-end reporting and planning processes as well as to provide critical decision-making information and strategic insights to management.

 

Your tasks

In the Role as Head of R&D Holding Controlling you will be part of the Corporate Planning & Reporting Performance Controlling Team and work cross-functional with different teams at TRATON AB, at the local R&D entities and the Controlling of the brands. You are together responsible to ensure the reporting, planning and strategic financial steering of the consolidated TRATON AB.

To ensure that you will:

 

• Be part of the Corporate Planning & Reporting management team being responsible to build up a new Controlling team at TRATON AB
• Be responsible to implement TRATON GROUP planning and reporting processes at TRATON AB and the local R&D entities
• Together with your team you will perform the strategic and operative planning, budgeting and regular forecasting as well as actual management reporting for the consolidated TRATON AB 
• An important part of the job will be analysing and commenting actual development and plan/actual variances on relevant financial and nonfinancial key performance 
• Be responsible for cost centre controlling of the TRATON AB

 

As our Corporate Planning & Reporting Performance Controlling Team is a Group sub team, we are working with all brands in the Group. In your role it’s therefore important to have a Group view and have frequent contact with all brands.
 

Your qualification/ minimum requirements

 

• Master’s degree in business administration or equal qualifications.
• A minimum of 5 years working experience in areas of planning and controlling, preferably in the automotive industry, international experience of advantage.
• Experience in leading teams or projects.
• Strong analytical mind and profound knowledge in controlling as well as basic accounting skills.
• High sense of quality and responsibility.
• Team player with interactive, communicative, and structured working style able to present data in a clear and easily understandable way.
• Enjoy working in a diverse, dynamic team with counterparts across the world.
• Fluent in English language (verbal and written).
