Job Description
Hybrid: This position requires you to be on site 3x a week (Tuesday to Thursday) in São Caetano do Sul
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
As a member of the Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for trouble suppliers management analyzing global and local risks and define strategies to mitigate production losses by acting as a liaison between purchasing, engineering, warehousing/manufacturing, logistics and suppliers.
- Responsible for deliveries according to business objectives of the Supply Chain team
- Promote GM's values and make customer-focused decisions
- Responsible for supporting relationship management with internal clients, stakeholders, suppliers and service providers
- Identify problems, update or modify working methods
- Take the initiative to remove obstacles and solve problems
- Influence and negotiate new concepts, practices and approaches applications
- KPIs & Metrics Reports for Leadership’s tracking
- Ensure the supply of parts according to project deadlines or plant's needs, minimizing excess or obsolete stocks
- Must be able to manage very complex & stressful supply issues to resolution with goal to eliminate/minimize plant disruptions
Soft Skills: Communication, negotiation, problem resolution and analytical skills

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related areas.
- Previous experience in similar positions in Supply Chain or Logistics.
- English from intermediate level.
- MS-Office: Intermediate level.
- Active Driver´s licence.
- Available to travel for business when required.
What Can Give You A Competitive Edge (Preference Qualifications):
- Profiles with experience in manufacturing processes will also be valued.
- Python, VBA and SQL is a plus.
- Power BI knowledge.
