We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our operations team in Grand Rapids, MI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various warehouse tasks including receiving, storing, and distributing products efficiently and safely. This position plays a key role in maintaining our high standards for order accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments

• Organize and store inventory in the proper locations

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks

• Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies

• Ensure all work is completed in a timely and accurate manner

• Follow company procedures and safety standards at all times

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven experience in a warehouse or similar role preferred

• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods

• Basic math and computer skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Forklift certification is a plus
