We are part of Demant, a leading International Hearing Healthcare Organisation and we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, based in our Nundah Head Office.

As part of the Production / Customer Service team in Nundah QLD, we are seeking a dedicated Store Person, physically fit and able to support our multiple retail and wholesale brands across Australia and New Zealand. 

You will be working 38 hrs per week rostered Monday – Friday.
Start between 7:00 am to 9:00am / Finish by 4:00pm

 

Responsibilities

 

• Receipting, unpacking and checking purchased goods from suppliers
• Labelling and packaging goods ready for dispatch
• Quality checking goods against orders before dispatch
• Processing and shipping orders to multiple sales companies
• Processing of internal orders to other departments within the company
• General Warehouse duties

 

To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following:

 

• Have a valid visa to work full time in Australia for more than 6 months
• Responsible with hard working attitude
• Physically fit and able to do required lifting for this role
• High attention to detail
• Strong levels of reliability and punctuality
• Demonstrates initiative, enthusiasm and motivation
• Previous experience working in a store person / distribution role is desirable
• The ability to plan your own workload and at times work unsupervised
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of safe working practices including lifting
