The Vanderbilt Health Resuscitation Training department is looking for a motivated fast learner to serve as an Associate Program Manager. The successful candidate will be service oriented, a team player, detail oriented, and dependable. This position serves as the face of the department; thus a smile and great attitude are absolute must-haves. Associate Program Manager to support Instructor-led training operations as well as overall department functions. Instructor-led training has continued to grow due to exponential growth of the Nurse Resident Program along with the addition of the regional hospitals.
The work of this position includes, but is not limited to:
- Staffing the front desk of the department, interacting with course participants
- Assisting with course preparation
- Use of various computer based applications
- Data entry
- Record keeping
- General office tasks
- Supply management
- Customer service tasks
- Assisting with special projects as needed
This is a full-time position – Monday – Friday - 7:30am – 4pm

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provides support for the creation, coordination and execution of the program.
• Assists in budgetary management for the program(s).
