Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound operations for Home Box (furniture & home products)
• Ensure accurate receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch as per SOPs
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system updates
• Support order fulfillment and on-time dispatch to stores/customers
• Follow FIFO/FEFO and proper storage practices for bulky items
• Assist supervisors in manpower coordination and daily task allocation
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
• Report damages, shortages, and discrepancies promptly
• Support system transactions in WMS / SAP / MAIS (as applicable)
