Your Job
What you give your best for.
- Managing and continuously developing an international team
- Supporting the platform department in managing operational processes
- Coordinating cross-team solutions for incidents or requests
- Ensuring excellent consulting services for stakeholders and/or users regarding issues or demands for our Data & Analytics platforms
- Assuming the overarching role of Change Manager and facilitating the regular Change Advisory Board meetings
- Monitoring and reporting on SLA compliance in incident management for the platform services
- Coordinating and driving service improvement initiatives
Your Profile
What you should have.
- Several years of experience in management and/or project implementation in the area of data and analytics
- Practical experience as a developer, solution designer or operations engineer
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Very good presentation skills
- Assertive, committed and sociable team player with excellent communication skills
- Very good English language skills
What is desirable.
- Experience in using systems from the Data & Analytics area
- Experience in building or maintaining user support services
