Job Description:
- Provide scheduled patient services under the direct supervision and responsibility of a physician in both a hospital & clinic setting
- Complete patient histories and physicals
- Determine tentative diagnosis and order appropriate laboratory tests
- Counsel the patient and family on health and disease
- Participate in all continuing education, training, and other requirements to remain in good standing for credentialing purposes at assigned medical facilities
- Work flexible schedule as dictated by business needs and operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Average volume of 25 patients/day
Practice Profile:
- Clinic located in Tallahassee, FL
- Mixed-model role! This position combines outpatient clinic care with inpatient responsibilities
- A guaranteed annual salary with bonus opportunities based on productivity
Required Qualifications:
- State Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Urology experience preferred
