Job Summary:

 

Provides office support as directed by the assigned leader.

 

Requirements:

 

High school (grade 11) or college student.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Communication:

Effectively communicates with patients and colleagues via phone and in person.
 

Team Participation:

Actively supports decisions, embraces change, manages conflict, and values contributions of others.
 

Flexibility:

May fill in for other support staff when needed.
 

Office Support:

Assists in the designated area as directed by the office manager.
 

Skills/Qualifications:

 

  • Ability to work under stressful situations requiring high concentration and energy.
  • Strong English grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Awareness of common safety hazards and universal precautions to maintain a safe work environment.
     

Work Environment:
 

  • Comfortable, well-lit office environment.
  • Moderate noise level.
     

Physical Requirements:

 

  • Involvement in standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, finger and hand dexterity.
  • Capable of talking, hearing, and seeing.
  • Lifts, carries, pushes, and/or pulls up to 100 lbs. maximum.
