This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Quality Systems Specialist (Data Analyst), you will be responsible for: 
 

• Serve as a junior data analyst collecting data from various sources and presenting the data to various departments within PETNET. 

• Develop, evaluate and interpret collected data on a regular (weekly, monthly, quarterly) basis. 

• Quickly evaluate and provide data for special requests from various PETNET departments. 

• Review of Quality related investigations, variances, change controls, etc. 

• Collaborate with corporate and site personnel pertaining to concerns/issues related to the data collection/evaluation. 

• Support internal audits 

• Support continuous improvement projects as assigned. 

• Maintain databases and data systems by addressing errors and monitoring performance. 

• Provide support to corporate departments for Quality related tasks. 

• Streamline data collection methods across various platforms to create automated and easy to use routines. 

• Support regulatory inspections as needed. 

• Other quality/regulatory related duties as assigned/needed.

• You are a data analyst experienced in data collection, evaluation, and interpretation in the medical device industry (21 CFR Part 820), or pharmaceutical industry (21 CFR Part 211), and/or PET radiopharmaceutical industry (21 CFR Part 212). 

• Experienced in problem solving, root cause analysis, and process improvement activities. 

• Experienced in development and management of databases and data systems. 

• You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power Bi and Outlook) 

• You will be working with our latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions. 

• You have very good facilitator and presentation skills.  

• You have excellent attention to detail and can pivot between projects quickly.
