Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for managing impactful projects? VIVO is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of Billable Works, ensuring safety, quality, and value for money across high-profile projects. What You’ll Do:
As a Project Manager, you’ll develop scopes of work, assist clients with Statements of Need (SONs), and provide Rough Orders of Costs (ROCs) for effective budget planning. Taking ownership of projects from inception to completion, you’ll manage risks, oversee compliance with Government regulations and statutory requirements, and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.

 

You’ll monitor supply chain teams, ensuring qualified operatives deliver safe, timely, and high-quality results. By reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements, collaborating with stakeholders, and resolving issues, you’ll ensure optimal solutions for clients while maintaining excellent communication and commercial decision-making.

 

What You’ll Bring:

You have demonstrable experience managing contractors and overseeing complex projects, including planning, stakeholder management, cost control, and proactive performance management. Your strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, paired with a deep understanding of Safe Systems of Work, ensure smooth project delivery.

 

Your qualifications include an HNC/D in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (or a related discipline) and a management-level Health & Safety certification (e.g., SMSTS). You’re skilled in IT tools like Excel, Word, CAFM systems, Teams, and SharePoint, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
