Manager, Operations Reporting (Data Analytics)

Essential duties include the following:

• Managing team to help them ensure they meet or exceed their Sprint commitments
• Training in new or expended reporting technologies.
• Coaching staff in techniques to increase efficiency and accuracy of reporting objects.
• Effectively managing and maintaining communications with stakeholders and other end users.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required. 
• At least five (5) years of experience in Reporting and Analytics. 
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, DOMO, or other reporting platforms 
• Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.  
• Able to make decisions and recommendations with minimal consultation. 
• Able to sit for long periods of time performing sedentary activities. 
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs. of files, supplies, documents, or other related items. 
• Travel locally as needed.
